Enhancement Request Application (ERA) Registration and Workflow

AGRESSO Business World is a thriving and fast developing suite of applications. We have lots of ideas of developments we could make, and many of these have originated with our customers.

The Agresso Enhancement Request Application is designed as a way to improve the flow of information about enhancement requests, and to provide feedback on the status of those requests.

It is important that we do our best to ensure the quality of the information being entered. Please search the database, using the keyword search, to see if another user has already entered the same or a similar request. If a similar item already exists, please select the option to add a comment. Do not enter a new request for this item.

Note: We stress that you please try to enter every ERA case in English, regardless of the local language headers. This will enable us to better serve you.

AgressoNet and ERA log-in details are identical. The passwords will expire every 90 days.
